The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jacobson tests Dal's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Jacobson looks to score with a jab to the body but Dal is just out of range.
Dal half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
A jab from Jacobson finds it's way through Dal's defenses.
Jacobson cracks Dal with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Dal avoids the body shot from Jacobson.
Jacobson throws a sloppy body shot

and Dal decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Jacobson's guard.

Dal drops back looking for a leg! Jacobson is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Jacobson manages to kick Dal off! Dal jumps back into Jacobson's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Dal drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Dal as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Jacobson screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Dal! Nice submission victory there!
