Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Ben Frankham!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Frank Dennis and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Machado tries for a takedown but Frankham sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Machado fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Frankham sprawls well initially but Machado persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Machado frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Machado wants to control the pace but Frankham is squirming around nicely.
Frankham defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Machado.
Frankham is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Machado looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.

Machado jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Frankham manages to avoid the submission attempt.

Machado tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Machado has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Machado is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Frankham is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Machado is working to tighten his grip on Frankham's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Frankham has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Machado is really squeezing tight and eventually Frankham passes out! Machado breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

A very excited looking Rigan Machado rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
