Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Kyoji Horiguchi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Clark (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Clark comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Rent a Wreck kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Jack Clark acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Hirohito Nitta and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some wild striking there from Clark.
Clark tests Horiguchi's chin there with a solid looking shot.
It looks like Kyoji Horiguchi has been cut.
No joy there for Clark, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Clark throws a predictable looking body shot
and Horiguchi counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Horiguchi, right into the meat.

Horiguchi takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Clark defending well as Horiguchi loads up on a big left hand.
Horiguchi goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Horiguchi looks to land a right hand but Clark moved out of range.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Horiguchi lands a leg kick that knocks Clark off balance momentarily.

Clark dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Clark connects with a body shot that sends Horiguchi's belly button to the back.

Clark ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Horiguchi moves away.
Good work by Clark as he checks the leg kick.
Clark tries to move into range but Horiguchi moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Nice uppercut lands for Clark. That snapped Horiguchi's head back.
Kyoji Horiguchi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Horiguchi connects with the punch.
Horiguchi slips a straight right by Clark.
Clark displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Horiguchi throws out the jab.
Clark swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Horiguchi ducks under a wild hook from Clark.
Nice straight punches there by Clark. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Clark.
Clark checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Horiguchi on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Clark connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Clark is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Horiguchi.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Clark has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Horiguchi.
Horiguchi tries to bum rush Clark with a series of wild strikes but Clark uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Clark throws out a counter right but Horiguchi avoids it with no problem.
Horiguchi scoring well with a low kick there.

Clark lands an overhand right.
Horiguchi misses with a hook.
A nice side step and Clark releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Horiguchi connects with a crisp jab.
Horiguchi is looking to slow Clark down with leg kicks.
Clark misses with a wild combination.
Horiguchi scores with a jab.
Clark is rocked!
Clark bobbing and weaving nicely... He's ducked under a jab and ducks again but ooooooh! Horiguchi comes at him with an uppercut from hell! Clark falls to the canvas, unconscious! This one is all over! Oh man, looking at the replay that was right on the button! Clark was out before he hit the floor!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Kyoji Horiguchi!
In his post fight interview, Kyoji Horiguchi started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
