Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Forrest Gibson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Scarson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Forrest Gibson has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Forrest Gibson seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Scarson darts in looking for a takedown but Gibson gets double underhooks and turns Scarson into the cage.
Scarson will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Gibson drops back looking for a leg! Scarson is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Scarson manages to kick Gibson off! Gibson jumps back into Scarson's guard.

Gibson got a little sloppy there for a moment and Scarson has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Gibson has managed to get both his arms back between Scarson's legs - danger averted.
