Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Benny Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yoshiry Torikama (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yoshiry Torikama has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Benny Johnson's chin.

The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Seu Braga and Mauricio Rocha.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson misses with a low kick as Torikama jumps back.
Johnson takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Torikama has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

That was a close round but I would say that Benny Johnson will probably get the nod.
