Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mohsen Darabi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yuriy Chupalov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chupalov has chosen Gamora - Veneno as his entrance music. Mohsen Darabi has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chupalov displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Darabi.
As Darabi backs off Chupalov throws a huge counter combo but Darabi manages to avoid it all.

Darabi clinches up with Chupalov and pushes him back against the cage.
Chupalov lands with a short head shot on the inside.

Darabi has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Chupalov is trying to keep an underhook but Darabi manages to get the takedown into half guard.

Darabi slips a nice elbow through Chupalov's hands, connecting with Chupalov's forehead.

Mohsen Darabi overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Darabi content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Chupalov has locked up a guillotine! Chupalov's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Darabi is holding on here and Chupalov must be using up a lot of energy. Darabi has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Chupalov gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
