The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Moody closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Moody breaks the clinch.
Moody lands a two punch combo.
Weber with a lazy takedown attempt
and Moody counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Moody is looking to chop away at Weber's legs.
Weber is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Weber shoots in and gets a takedown into Moody's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Weber slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Moody on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Moody tries to get out of the position.

Weber thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Weber is working to tighten his grip on Moody's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Moody has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Weber is really squeezing tight and eventually Moody passes out! Weber breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
