Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jim Carrey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Niko Niko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jim Carrey has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Frank Dennis and Stewart Dunkirk.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Niko moves into range and clinches up with Carrey.
Carrey tries to pull guard but Niko holds him up against the cage and eventually Carrey drops back down to his feet.
Niko wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Carrey is trying to stall.
Niko wants to get back to striking at distance but Carrey won't allow it.
Carrey wants a takedown.
Niko's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Carrey fails to pull the fight into his guard.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jim Carrey. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Carrey can't get the takedown.
Carrey has Niko pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Niko manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Niko manages to pull guard.

Carrey thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Carrey won't allow Niko to get back to his feet.
Niko looks gassed!

Carrey drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Carrey jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Carrey wants to control from the top but Niko keeps moving.
Carrey is looking to advance position but Niko has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!
Niko looking to control but Carrey is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Niko prevents Carrey from getting the reversal.
Niko has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Carrey's face.
Carrey is looking to get to half guard.
Niko pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Carrey sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.
Niko is thwarting Carrey's attempts to control the position.
Carrey is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Niko's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Niko's back!

Niko won't enjoy being in this position. Carrey looking for the choke. Oh... he's slipped the arm under the neck - Niko is tapping - it's over boys! Carrey picks up the submission victory!
