Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mike Henderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Feilo Meloy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Henderson comes into the arena with Jay Z- Big Pimpin blaring out of the sound system. Meloy has chosen Hypocrisy - Apocalypse as his entrance music. Mike Henderson has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Colin Fray and Jeff Smith.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Henderson keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Henderson checks a low kick from Meloy.
Meloy darts in looking for a takedown but Henderson gets double underhooks and turns Meloy into the cage.
Meloy circles away from the clinch attempt.
Henderson connects with the punch.
Meloy misses with a jab, cross combination.
Meloy tries to land a body kick

and Henderson counters with a shoot takedown. Meloy fights it but they end up in guard.

Meloy working for a triangle but Henderson defends it easily.
Henderson chips away with some ground and pound.
Henderson postures up in Meloy's guard and throws a big left but Meloy blocks it.
Henderson has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Meloy working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Henderson doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Henderson manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Meloy looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Henderson has picked Meloy up and slammed him! Meloy can't keep hold of the triangle and Henderson manages to pass to side control!
Henderson cracks Meloy with a big elbow.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Henderson trying to control the action but Meloy is working from the bottom.
Henderson looks up at the clock and then as Meloy takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Henderson smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

That's one minute gone in the round.
Meloy manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Henderson looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Henderson lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.

Meloy is rocked!
Henderson lands a massive shot from half guard that has rocked Meloy! More strikes land and this one is all over! Henderson jumps to his feet and is applauded loudly by the crowd!
