The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bastien throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Underwood tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Bastien is in Underwood's guard.

Bastien is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Underwood can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Bastien feints and as Underwood raises his hands in defense, Bastien changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Oh Underwood is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A head kick by Bastien misses
and Underwood counters with a one-two to the body.
Underwood gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Underwood tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Bastien is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Underwood buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Underwood!! Underwood is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Bastien throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.

A very excited looking Adam Bastien made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
