Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jack Hammer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Johnny Bones!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Robert Douchet and Gregory Folan.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hammer throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Good exchange - Bones coming out on top.
Hammer tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Bones throws out a counter right but Hammer avoids it with no problem.
Bones throws a body shot but no joy.
Good shot there by Bones.


It looks like Jack Hammer has been cut.
Bones connects with a nice looking jab.
Bones lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Bones blocks a head kick by Hammer.
Hammer lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Bones circles away quickly and effectively.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Hammer is defended easily by Bones.
Bones moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Bones lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Bones throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Hammer shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Bones counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Hammer thinking.
Bones stuffs the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jack Hammer. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Hammer has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Bones finds it's way round the side to connect with Hammer's head.
Bones blocks a head kick by Hammer.
Hammer is breathing heavily.
Hammer takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Bones feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Hammer sprawling to the canvas! Hammer rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Bones finish him?!


Hammer is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Bones lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Hammer falls backwards - clearly groggy! Bones dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Johnny Bones!
Our winner, Johnny Bones, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
