Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Colm Liddel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Leone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Leone is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Mama Said Knock You Out. Frank Leone has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Colm Liddel!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Frank Leone!
The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Jorge Garcia and Jonathan Paton.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Leone scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
The fighters are battling for position here. Liddel manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
Liddel being controlled here, momentarily.
Leone wants to get up but he can't break Liddel's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Leone avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Liddel escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Leone gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Leone drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Leone jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Liddel is breathing heavily.
Liddel working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Leone has passed into half guard!
Leone trying to mount his opponent but Liddel defends it.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Leone works his foot free and advances to mount.
Leone cracks Liddel with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Leone landing strikes from the mount.
Leone is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Liddel is surviving well by controlling Leone's body position as best he can.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Leone is standing up, even though he is in mount.
Leone throws a right and a left that both miss.
Leone is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Leone throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Liddel gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Leone decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Liddel, up you get!
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Leone shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Liddel shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Leone's guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Liddel won't allow Leone to get back to his feet.
Liddel loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Leone wants to stand but Liddel is controlling the position.
Liddel distracts Leone with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Liddel stops Leone from standing up.
Leone wants to sweep but no luck.
Leone pushes Liddel off and scrambles back to his feet.
Leone fails with an attempt to clinch.
Leone stalks Liddel and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Liddel's face. Liddel staggers backwards, shaken.
Liddel shoots in but Leone avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Liddel shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Leone as he avoids it easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Leone has closed the distance and engaged Liddel in a clinch.
Leone breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
The fight stays on the outside here - Leone looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Leone looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Liddel looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Liddel is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Liddel working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Leone has passed into half guard!
Leone working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Leone decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.
Liddel takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Leone closes the distance and clinches up with Liddel, looking for a takedown. Leone pushes Liddel against the cage but Liddel circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Leone gets a takedown into half guard.
Leone is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Liddel has managed to free his arm - good work.
Leone tries to pass to full mount but Liddel defends it.
Leone blocks the strikes from Liddel.
Liddel has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Leone is working away from the top position though.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Liddel is refusing to be controlled, as Leone sits in half guard.
Liddel has hold of Leone's hands but Leone slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Frank Leone dominated that round.
That's time! Back to the action!
Leone tries a low kick but Liddel avoids it.
Liddel rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Leone moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Colm Liddel is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Horrible takedown by Liddel or perhaps it was just good defense by Leone which made him look bad.
Leone misses with a head kick.
Leone shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Liddel counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Liddel.
Leone looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Leone wants to sweep but no luck.
Liddel working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Leone's head.
Leone looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Liddel is defending well. Leone quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Liddel has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Leone celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
