The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ayers blocks a head kick by Musuev.

Musuev shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Musuev prevents Ayers from improving his position.

Musuev is working for a submission of some sort.
Ayers really is a fat lump.
Musuev controlling the action here.
Ayers is staying active underneath Musuev, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Musuev seems to be working for a kimura but Ayers defends the submission attempt.

Ayers is looking for a sweep. Musuev is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Musuev is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Ayers has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Musuev is looking to defend but Ayers has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Musuev! Ayers pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Musuev taps out and this one is all over!
