Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Nick Cave (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Orion Cook (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 21 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Nick Cave!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 26 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Orion Cook!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, William Peck and Ian Loll.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cook misses with a double jab.
Cook looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

Cave rushes Cook and presses him up against the cage.
Cave lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Cook goes for a takedown in the clinch but Cave prevents it.
Cook is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Cook is looking for a takedown.
Nick Cave has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Orion Cook.
Cook wants to take the fight to the mat but Cave manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Cave using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Cook has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Cook has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Cave is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Cave breaks from the clinch.
Cave throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Cook's head.
Cook looks to score with a jab to the body but Cave is just out of range.
Cave is looking for a counter combo.

Cave clinches up against the cage.
Cook tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Cook has a couple of punches blocked by Cave.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Cave escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Cave clobbers Cook with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Cave throws a front kick that sends Cook stumbling back into the cage.
Cook has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Cook there as he acknowledges the shot.
Cave fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Cook with the counter takedown but Cave avoids it easily.
Cave connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Cook misses with a looping right.
Cook with a nice cross.
Nice uppercut lands for Cave. That snapped Cook's head back.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Cave - that will leave a mark!
Cook looks winded!
That kick from Cave tenderised Cook's leg. Cook is trying to keep his angry face on.
Cook misses with an uppercut. Cave saw that one coming.
Cook shoots for a double leg takedown but Cave sprawls well. He's pushed Cook's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Oooooh!!! Cave has knocked Cook down with a huge combo! Cave steps away and waves a wobbly Cook back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Cook is rocked!
Cave throws a 1-2 combo that connects squarely on Cook's jaw, knocking him onto his back! Cave dives in looking to finish as Cook flails his arms in a desperate attempt to block Cave's strikes! Cave is raining down hammerfists and the ref stops it! Cook's desperate flailing just didn't constitute intelligent defence. Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Cook was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.

After winning the bout, Nick Cave thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
