The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kronosson lands a slapping body shot.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Kronosson.
Watana keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Watana misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Kronosson throws a wild body kick that Watana sees coming a mile off.
Kronosson doesn't manage to clinch there - Watana circles away.
Watana looks to land a right hand but Kronosson moved out of range.
Watana tries to score a power double leg takedown but Kronosson sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Watana somewhat.

Kronosson tries to bum rush Watana with a series of wild strikes but Watana uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Watana darts in looking for a takedown but Kronosson gets double underhooks and turns Watana into the ropes.
Kronosson moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Kronosson tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Watana defends well and Kronosson ends up having to push Watana into the ropes where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Watana steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Kronosson.

Kronosson shoots for a takedown but Watana saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Kronosson uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Watana.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Kronosson enables Watana to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Kronosson manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

That was a close round but I would say that Zeus Kronosson will probably get the nod.

Watana shoots in but no luck this time.
Watana takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Kronosson has taken the fight to the clinch.
Kronosson wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Watana has him pressed against the ropes.

Kronosson shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Watana sprawls well. Watana wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Kronosson gets slowly back to his feet.
Watana will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Horrible takedown attempt by Kronosson or perhaps it was just good defense by Watana, which made it look bad.

Kronosson closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Watana looks like he's trying to stand up.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Kronosson lands a nice short elbow.

Kronosson tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in to close the distance. Watana manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Watana scores with a jab. Kronosson acknowledges it with a nod of the head.

Watana closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Kronosson to the mat! Kronosson manages to get full guard.
Kronosson wants to stand up but Watana is controlling him.

Kronosson is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Watana has his hands clasped together but Kronosson extends and breaks Watana's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Kronosson.
