Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sandro Eversole (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Houston Nutt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nutt misses with a combination
and Eversole counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Nutt throws a body punch but Eversole moves out of range.
Nutt fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Eversole has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Eversole takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Eversole has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Nutt will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Nutt has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.

Houston Nutt seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Eversole feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Nutt crashing to the mat! This one is all over!
