Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Cory Deegan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ultimate Hellbane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Deegan kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Land of Confusion. Hellbane has chosen Barkley, Shut Up And Jam: Gaiden theme as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Sosuke Kotani and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hellbane circles away from the clinch attempt
and Hellbane counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Deegan tries to close the distance and clinch but Hellbane swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Deegan clinches with his opponent.
Hellbane has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Deegan is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Hellbane breaks the clinch.
Deegan looks to score with a jab to the body but Hellbane is just out of range.
Hellbane closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Hellbane lands in his opponent's guard.

I would just about give that final round to Ultimate Hellbane.

In his post fight interview, Ultimate Hellbane started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
