Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Viktor Lagutenko and Ivan Kurochkin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Webster ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Webster drops his hands momentarily and Carter takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Carter throws an overhand right that lands on Webster's shoulder, as Webster tries to avoid the shot.

Carter moves into the clinch successfully.

Webster has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Carter uses from the top position.
Carter must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Webster mounts Carter! Really nice guard pass there!
Webster connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Webster really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Carter wants to hold on but Webster pushes him away.
Webster pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Webster avoids the attempt from Carter to control.
The referee warns Carter that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Carter is in a horrible position here. Webster smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Carter tries to hold on but Webster postures up.

Webster tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Webster lands a nice shot to the head.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Webster keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Carter's head.
Carter is looking to sweep but instead, Webster has passed into half guard.

Webster is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Carter can do to turn this around?

Webster has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Carter's face.
Webster postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Carter looks a forlorn figure.

Webster postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Carter badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Webster around the waist but Webster pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Webster is the winner by TKO! Webster jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:56 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Columbus Webster!
