McNamara has chosen Foggy Dew as his entrance music. Gearoid McNamara has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Randy Hardin's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hardin will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Hardin tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but McNamara swivels and escapes.

McNamara shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Hardin manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Hardin wants to get back to his feet but McNamara passes into half guard.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Hardin enables McNamara to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Hardin manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Oh Hardin is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

McNamara shoots in for a takedown. Oh, that's a huge slam! Hardin is on queer street and McNamara is pounding down on him with a barage of strikes. The ref is forced to step in and stop the fight. Great finish!
