The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boothe cracks a nice hook into Cropp's ribs.
Cropp throws a series of punches but Boothe avoids them all with ease.
Cropp feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Boothes jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Cropp lands with a nice body punch.
Cropp throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Boothe's waist but Boothe gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Cropp off to one side.
Cropp fails to land with a series of punches.
Cropp misses with a straight left.
Boothe looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Boothe throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Cropp scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Cropp takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Cropp rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Boothe moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Cropp fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Boothe unleashes a big counter combination but Cropp bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.

Cropp lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Boothe sprawling to the canvas. Cropp follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Boothe hang on?

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
