Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Georges Batroc!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Psycho Vaughan!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Stewart Dunkirk and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Batroc lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Vaughan circles away quickly and effectively.
And Vaughan tries to counter it with a takedown but Batroc pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Batroc throws out a loose jab but Vaughan uses good head movement to avoid it.
Vaughan throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Batroc on the side of the head.
Batroc walks into a straight right hand from Vaughan.
Batroc misses with a looping right.
Vaughan looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Vaughan cracks Batroc with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Batroc fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Vaughan looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Vaughan lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Vaughan uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Batroc.
Batroc pivots, looking for a leg kick but Vaughan is out of range and Batroc settles back down.
Vaughan smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Vaughan lands with a cross.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Batroc throws a front kick aimed at Vaughan's knee but Vaughan avoids it well.
Vaughan on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Batroc. Batroc obviously looking to wear him down.

We've been told by Batroc's head coaches at LOD: Purpose Training Center™ that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Batroc looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Vaughan shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Batroc as he avoids it easily.
Vaughan misses the shot to the body.
Batroc moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Batroc has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Batroc there as he acknowledges the shot.
Vaughan connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Batroc is rocked!
Vaughan just misses with a punch to the body.
Batroc is looking to slow Vaughan down with leg kicks.
Batroc throws a head kick but Vaughan moves out of range.
Vaughan goes for a double leg but Batroc avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Batroc continues to drive forward.
It looked like Batroc wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Batroc misses with a hook. Vaughan ducked under it nicely.
Vaughan scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Batroc takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Batroc throws a lazy uppercut
and Vaughan counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Batroc connects with a crisp jab.
Vaughan takes a swing at Batroc's ribcage but misses.

Batroc scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
It looks like Psycho Vaughan has been cut.
Batroc ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Vaughan throws a nice head kick!
Oh Batroc is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Vaughan pounces like a tiger and cracks Batroc with a vicious hook! Batroc is down but not out! Vaughan follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Psycho Vaughan!
Our winner, Psycho Vaughan, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
