Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dante Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lucas Davenport (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Davenport wants to lay and pray for a moment but Silva keeps working.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Davenport working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Davenport cracks Silva with a big right hand but Silva just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Davenport is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Silva doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Davenport.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Davenport connects with a nice short shot to Silva's temple.

Davenport drops back, looking for a kneebar! Silva looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Silva looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Silva!
