The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dahmer rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Max counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Dahmer has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Dahmer connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Dahmer fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Max was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Max lands with a hook. Dahmer tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Dahmer throws a hook but Max avoids it easily.
Max seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Max uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

Max creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Dahmer's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Dahmer drops to his knees and Max pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
