With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Johnny Pain!
The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Joseph Jones and Columbo Gatti.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gee throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Pain.
Some wild striking there from Pain.
Gee throws a lazy uppercut
enabling Pain to counter with a crisp jab.


It looks like Nolly Gee has been cut.
Pain throws a body punch but Gee moves out of range.
Pain circles away from the clinch attempt.
Pain is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Gee.
Gee feinted with a counter takedown.
Pain connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Pain misses with a wild body shot.
Pain tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Gee was well out of range. Poor timing from Pain.
Pain scores with a hook.
Gee misses with an uppercut. Pain saw that one coming.
The fight stays on the outside here - Gee looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Gee tries to clinch there but Pain circles away.
Pain looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Gee swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Pain throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

letting Pain counter with a right hand.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Pain avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Gee moves in looking to clinch but Pain pushes him off.
Pain swings for the body but Gee moves out of range.
Pain keeps the fight on the outside.

and Pain counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Pain throws a big shot that misses.
Gee tries to clinch but Pain moves out of range.
Nolly Gee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Pain swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Gee throws the left hand but Pain avoids the punch easily.
Pain displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Gee throws out the jab.
Gee pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Pain back to the cage. Gee follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Gee closes the distance but Pain moves to the side
and Pain counters with a stiff right hand.
Pain throws a looping overhand right but Gee ducks down to avoid it.
Gee changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Gee's jab looks to have found its range, popping Pain under the eye.
A jab from Pain misses.
Pain misses with a looping right.
Pain waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Gee.
Pain misses with an uppercut. Gee saw that one coming.
Pain circles away from the clinch attempt
and Pain counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Gee dips to his left and cracks Pain with an uppercut!
Pain looks to land a left hand but Gee moved out of range nicely.
A left lands for Gee.
Gee misses with a few strikes there.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Pain! But no joy.
Gee is breathing heavily.

Gee ducks under a wild hook from Pain.
Pain throws a body punch but Gee moves out of range.
Pain loads up on a big right hand but Gee slips the punch.
The fight stays on the outside here - Gee looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Pain throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Gee throws a right hand that misses
letting Pain counter with a right hand.
Gee throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Gee throws a right hand that misses
and Pain connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Pain lands with a right hand.


Gee is rocked!


Nolly Gee's cut is getting worse.
Both fighters step back and shake their arms out. Pain engages and cracks Gee with a massive lead left hook - Gee tumbles to the floor, out cold! What a shot! Pain is delighted - all that hard work in training paid off!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Johnny Pain!
An out of breath Johnny Pain thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
In defeat, Nolly Gee stepped up to the mic, saying 'He got me, but I can guarantee you that it won't happen again. '.
