Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Fabian Shannon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Arturo Prah (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Arvi Lind and Johanna Lukiainen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shannon moves in looking to clinch but Prah pushes him off.
Prah is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.
Prah jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Shannon finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Prah swats away the attempt to clinch by Shannon.
Prah tries to counter by closing the distance.

Shannon shoots and misses
and Prah counters with a stiff right hand.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Prah throws a low kick, looking for Shannon's leg but Shannon calmly moves out of range.
Shannon bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Prah avoids the head kick by Shannon.

Shannon clinches with his opponent.

Prah breaks the clinch.
Shannon fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Prah avoids it really well and circles away.
Prah misses with a wild body shot.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Prah.
Shannon pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Prah looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Shannon dodges the punch combination from Prah.

Prah looks to land a left hand but Shannon moved out of range nicely.
Fabian Shannon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Prah scoring well with a low kick there.
Prah scores with a crisp jab that stopped Shannon in his tracks.
Shannon is looking to clinch.
Prah looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Donk. Prah catches Shannon right on the button with a cross.

Shannon shoots in and gets a takedown into Prah's guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Shannon drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Prah manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Shannon has Prah in his guard.

Shannon keeping moving, preventing Prah from controlling successfully.
Shannon will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Shannon looking for a guillotine here but Prah defends easily.
Prah trying to control the position from guard on top but Shannon is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Prah slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Prah wants to lay and pray for a moment but Shannon keeps working.

Prah tries to advance to mount but Shannon instead regains half guard.
Prah tries to stand but can't do so whilst Shannon controls his leg.
Prah keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Prah decides to stand up.
Shannon really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Shannon.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Arturo Prah dominated that round.

Shannon throws a head kick but Prah moves out of range.
Arturo Prah is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Prah lands a nice leg kick that just misses Shannon's sensitive parts.
Prah lands a head shot.
Prah connects with a body shot that sends Shannon's belly button to the back.
Shannon tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Prah swivels and escapes.
Shannon uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Prah.
Shannon throws a quick counter head kick but Prah was just out of range.
Prah throws a shot to the body.

Shannon slips a straight right by Prah.
Prah lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Arturo Prah seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Shannon throws a body kick, spinning off balance
and Prah counters with a nice uppercut.

Shannon is rocked!
Shannon chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Prah can pounce on him.
Oh Shannon is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Shannon tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Prah swivels and escapes.
Shannon misses with the body kick
and Prah connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Prah cracks Shannon on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Shannon falls backwards against the cage. Prah follows up with more strikes that drop Shannon to his knees. Prah keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Shannon! This one is all over!
