Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Lance Kilkenny (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Silvan Neadue (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Lance Kilkenny!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Silvan Neadue!
The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Matti Vanhoillinen and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Neadue cracks a nice hook into Kilkenny's ribs.
Neadue's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Neadue duly obliges.
Kilkenny throws a head kick that Neadue semi-blocks.
Neadue closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Neadue misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
A shot to the body from Neadue misses
and Kilkenny cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
It looks like Silvan Neadue has been cut.
Sloppy strikes from Kilkenny. Those never looked like landing.
Kilkenny just misses with a punch to the body.
As Kilkenny backs off Neadue throws a huge counter combo but Kilkenny manages to avoid it all.
Kilkenny misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Neadue cracks Kilkenny with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Kilkenny tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Neadue paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Kilkenny throws a nice inside leg kick.
Kilkenny doesn't manage to clinch there - Neadue circles away.
Neadue shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Neadue is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Kilkenny defends it well.

Neadue is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Kilkenny is defending against the submission attempts here by Neadue.
Neadue is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

We've been hearing good reports from Kilkenny's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Neadue throws a body punch but Kilkenny moves out of range.

Kilkenny has one foot on Neadue's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
Neadue throws a looping overhand right but Kilkenny ducks down to avoid it.
Kilkenny lands a really nice looking cross but Neadue seems unphased.
Lance Kilkenny is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
A big left from Neadue misses.
Neadue takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
A lazy body kick from Kilkenny
and Neadue counters with a one-two to the body.
Neadue takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Neadue chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Kilkenny can pounce on him.
Kilkenny throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Kilkenny takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

Neadue swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Kilkenny.
Neadue tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Kilkenny defends well and Neadue ends up having to push Kilkenny into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Kilkenny closes the distance and pushes Neadue back into the cage.
Neadue has Kilkenny pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Kilkenny manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Kilkenny lands a nice elbow.
Neadue takes a knee right on the jaw!
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Neadue.
Kilkenny lands a nice elbow from the clinch.
Neadue is rocked!
Kilkenny has Neadue pressed against the cage. He pushes Neadue back and as he springs towards him off the cage, Kilkenny throws a beautiful elbow that sends Neadue crashing to the floor! Kilkenny piles on the pressure with more strikes! Neadue is flailing away but he's not defending himself and the referee steps in to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:40 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Lance Kilkenny!
After winning the bout, Lance Kilkenny thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
