The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morales lets loose with a powerful body kick. Golovkin will feel that in the morning.
Nice uppercut lands for Morales. That snapped Golovkin's head back.
Morales dips to his left and cracks Golovkin with an uppercut!
Golovkin gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Morales counters with a stiff right hand.
Morales throws a shot to the body.
Morales throws a nice head kick!

Golovkin is rocked!
Morales stuffs the takedown.
Morales scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Golovkin doesn't seem bothered though.
Morales leaves Golovkin with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mikhail Golovkin. That's going to take a lot out of him.

A left and a right from Morales both land. Nice combination.

The fighters circle, before Morales throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Golovkin's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Morales lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
