Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Tenta Agora!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Billy Dean !
The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Paulo Santos and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Agora throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Dean shoots and misses
and Agora counters with a nice uppercut.
Billy Dean seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dean closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Dean tries to close the distance and clinch but Agora swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Agora went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Dean will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Agora throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Dean colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Agora as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Dean is left battered and dazed whilst Agora and his camp cheer!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tenta Agora!
