Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Leland Guthrie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Demarcus Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Guthrie shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Jones as he avoids it easily.
Guthrie sets himself, and Jones steps forward looking for the clinch! Guthrie avoids it this time.

Guthrie shoots for a double leg takedown but Jones sprawls well. He's pushed Guthrie's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

and Guthrie counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Jones is lucky that one didn't land flush.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Jones reaches up to try and pull Guthrie in and control his posture, but Guthrie latches on to an arm and pivots quickly for an armbar! Jones taps out and this one is all over!
