With a record of 15 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Justin Hunter!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tarnowski lands with a nice body punch.
A left and a right from Hunter both land. Nice combination.

Tarnowski shoots in and gets a takedown into Hunter's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Hunter is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Tarnowski is aware though and is defending well.

We've been hearing good reports from Tarnowski's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

and Hunter counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Hunter has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Tarnowski is working away from the top position though.

Tarnowski thows a huge punch but Hunter dodges it nicely.

Hunter manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Tarnowski manages to get himself to full guard.


Tarnowski is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Hunter rolls with it to try and escape but Tarnowski cranks on the arm and Hunter is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Michal Tarnowski!
