Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Julli Pulli (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sonny Boy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pulli comes to the cage accompanied by Kanye West - Amazing. Boy has chosen Those Dancin Days - Run Run as his entrance music. Julli Pulli has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Pulli closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Pulli sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Boy defending well though.
Pulli is looking to stall here but Boy recovers full guard.
Pulli trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Pulli wants to control from the top but Boy keeps moving.
Pulli tries to free his leg and advance position but Boy is retaining full guard.
Boy wants to sweep here but Pulli controlling him for the moment.
Pulli throws a big right hand that misses.
Boy being controlled here, momentarily.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Pulli slips a jab and a cross from Boy.
Boy pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Pulli misses with a series of wild punches.
Boy looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
A slow jab from Boy misses its intended target.
Boy connects with a body shot.
Boy throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Pulli's waist but Pulli gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Boy off to one side.
Boy swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Pulli counters with a stiff right hand.
Boy moves out of range of the leg kick from Pulli.
Boy looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Pulli lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Pulli is looking to clinch but Boy is avoiding it.
Pulli stuffs the takedown.
Julli Pulli has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sonny Boy.
Pulli uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Boy.
Boy lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Pulli doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Boy counters with a lovely straight right hand!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Boy takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Pulli looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Boy looks gassed!
Pulli wants to pass the guard but Boy is keeping the position.
Pulli throws and elbow that misses. Boy uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Pulli's guard. Nice move by Boy!
Boy must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Pulli bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Boy's guard.
Pulli makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Pulli trying to control the position from guard on top but Boy is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Pulli throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.

Pulli drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Pulli jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Pulli wants to pass the guard but Boy is keeping the position.
Boy wants to sweep here but Pulli controlling him for the moment.
Pulli stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Boy swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Pulli throws a big right hand that misses.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Boy lands a jab-cross combination.
Boy displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Pulli throws out the jab.
Boy is looking to land body kicks.
A shot to de liver by Boy. Beautiful body shot.
Pulli moves out of range as Boy strikes.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Boy missing with a left hand there. Pulli was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Boy lands a head shot.
Pulli does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Boy throws a hook but Pulli avoids it easily.
Boy misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Pulli.
Pulli throws a low kick but it's checked well by Boy.
The crowd cheers as Boy lands an impressive looking overhand right. Pulli doesn't seem phased though.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Boy digs a good hook to Pulli's body.
Boy scores with a crisp jab that stopped Pulli in his tracks.
Boy throws a body kick that misses.
Boy lands a nice shot to the body.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Boy throws a head kick but Pulli moves out of range.
Pulli is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Nice uppercut there from Boy.

Pulli is rocked!
Boy thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Pulli if he has to take too many more of those.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Sonny Boy dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Boy feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Pulli crashing to the mat! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Sonny Boy!
