Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mauricio Aruba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and bj Penn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mauricio Aruba had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 156.3lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. bj Penn has the eye of the tiger tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aruba tries to clinch but Penn moves out of range.
Aruba swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Penn has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Aruba can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Penn throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Aruba's waist but Aruba gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Penn off to one side.
