Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shafir moves out of range of the body kick.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Shafir.
A swing and a miss from Dude.
Shafir listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Shafir checks a low kick from Dude.
Dude showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Shafir.
Shafir throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Dude throws out a loose jab but Shafir uses good head movement to avoid it.
Dude scores with a nice head shot.
A nice inside leg kick there by Dude. That's going to slow Shafir down.

and Dude connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Dude really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Shafir misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Dude throws out a loose jab but Shafir uses good head movement to avoid it.
Shafir ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
A slapping leg kick lands for Shafir.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Dude wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.

Shafir goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Shafir throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Dude tries to counter by clinching up but Shafir breaks away and moves out of range.

Shafir scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Shafir throws a series of punches but Dude moves out of range.

Shafir jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Dude walks away with a smile on his face. Shafir gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Shafir fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Shafir motions for Dude to come forward. Shafir throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.

Dude jabs Shafir to the body, keeping him at a distance.

Dude forces Shafir back against the cage and clinches.
Dude works on Shafir's body with a couple of short punches.
A right handed body shot lands from Dude.
Dude lands a left hand that snaps the head of Shafir backwards.

Shafir looks winded!
Shafir tries to pull guard but Dude holds him up against the cage and eventually Shafir drops back down to his feet.

Dude lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Shafir or not.
Dude scores with a shoulder strike.
Dude lands a shot to the body.
A nice right hand lands inside from Dude.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Dude takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Dude makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.

Dude throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
A short body shot lands from Dude as the two fighters clinch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Some Dude dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Dude throws a looping overhand right but Shafir ducks down to avoid it.
Shafir rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Dude moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Shafir seems to have recovered his senses.
Sloppy strikes from Shafir. Those never looked like landing.
Shafir misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Dude stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
BOOM! Dude lands a beautiful left hook that drops Shafir. Shafir tries to recover but Dude is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Shafir lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
