The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Bielkheden takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Paiva throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
No joy there for Paiva, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Paiva tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Paiva throws a series of punches but Bielkheden avoids them all with ease.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Paiva goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

Bielkheden misses with a takedown attempt - Paiva sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Bielkheden bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Paiva wants to get back to his feet but Bielkheden drags him back down.

Bielkheden is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Paiva looks calm but he's in trouble here. Bielkheden gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Paiva is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Bielkheden lets go of the hold and Paiva can pop his arm back in it's socket.
