Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alexander Cage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Doug Dyson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cage comes into the arena with "Can't Be Touched" by Roy Jones Jr. blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Tiny Johnson and Frank Dennis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cage tries to clinch but Dyson is having none of it.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Dyson can do anything to dispel that myth.

Dyson closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Dyson lands in his opponent's guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Dyson looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.

I would just about give that final round to Doug Dyson.
