The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alic moves away from the strike by Rumble.
Rumble pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Rumble ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Alic moves away.
Rumble lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Alic at a distance.
Rumble just misses with a punch to the body.
Alic avoids a kick to the body.
Rumble lands a jab to the head.
Alic lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Rumble throws a chopping leg kick but Alic manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Rumble swings widly with a right hand
and Alic cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Rumble changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Rumble tries to work over Alic's front leg with a kick but Alic checks it.
Rumble takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Rumble looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Alic really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Alic stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Rumble is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Rumble blocks a jab.
Alic connects with a body shot.

A looping hook to the body misses from Rumble. Alic does a little dance to reset his feet.
Rumble motions for Alic to come forward. Rumble throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Rumble finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Rumble looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.

Alic clinches up against the cage.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Alic.
Rumble is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
Alic makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.

Alic breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Decent striking displayed by Alic there.
Alic fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Alic is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Rumble bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Alic's head.
Alic moves out of range as Rumble strikes.
Alic doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Rumble stalks Alic and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Alic's face. Alic staggers backwards, shaken.

Rumble just misses with a punch to the body.
Rumble moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Alic throws a one two combo.
Rumble fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Ready To Rumble seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Alic has managed to clinch.
Both fighters working to control the clinch.
Alic lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Rumble backwards.

Alic breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Alic misses with a hook. Rumble ducked under it nicely.
A low kick from Rumble misses
and Alic counters with a left to the body.
Rumble misses with a body kick.
A jab from Rumble finds it's way through Alic's defenses.
Rumble throws a body shot but no joy.
Alic was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.

Alic forces Rumble back against the cage and clinches.
Alic lands with a light punch inside.
Alic lands with a right to the head.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Rumble tries to stall but Alic uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Nice body punch from Alic - that landed with a thud.
Alic has Rumble pressed against the cage.

Alic's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Rumble swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Nice body kick there by Rumble.
Alic lands with an overhand left.

Rumble is rocked!
A slapping leg kick lands for Alic.
Rumble is still on wobbly legs! Can Alic finish him?
Alic fires a straight punch through the middle that cracks Rumble square on the jaw! Damn, Rumble is out cold on his feet and topples face first to the canvas! Wow, I haven't seen a knockout that brutal in a long time!
