The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davis loads up on a big right hand but Kikovic slips the punch.
Kikovic bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Kikovic thumps Davis with a low kick.
Kikovic connects with an inside leg kick.
Connor Davis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Davis misses with a wild body shot.
Kikovic tries to counter with a takedown but Davis is quick to defend against it.
Davis rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kikovic moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
A jab from Kikovic does it's job there.

It looks like Connor Davis has been cut.
Donk. Kikovic catches Davis right on the button with a cross.
Davis throws a hook but Kikovic avoids it easily.
Kikovic attempts a counter takedown but Davis avoids it well and moves away.
Kikovic wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Kikovic slips a jab from Davis.
An attempted straight right counter from Kikovic misses the target.
Some wild striking there from Davis.
Kikovic digs a good hook to Davis's body.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Davis looks to land a combination but Kikovic avoids it well.
Kikovic will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Kikovic drives through with a takedown into Davis's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.

Kikovic is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Davis tries to roll over but Kikovic keeps him under control.
