Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bubba Kayo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Markus Caesar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Caesar is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Waters Of Nazereth. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kayo throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Caesar tries to clinch but Kayo moves out of range.
Caesar slips a straight right by Kayo.
Kayo lands a lovely overhand right.

It looks like Markus Caesar has been cut.
Caesar misses with a double jab.

Kayo gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Kayo escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Caesar gets cracked there but stands up to it.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Kayo misses with a body kick.
Kayo scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
The fighters circling - Kayo throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Kayo cracks Caesar with a big right hand and Caesar goes down!

Caesar is rocked!

That has opened up Markus Caesar's cut even more.
Kayo slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Caesar is still in real trouble! Can Kayo finish him?
Kayo wants to stand but Caesar is controlling his posture from full guard.
Caesar seems to have recovered his senses.

Caesar is trying to keep Kayo in close.
Kayo has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Caesar throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Kayo cracks Caesar with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Kayo is looking to score with low kicks.
Danga de danga de dang - Caesar scores with a four punch combination!

Caesar feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Kayo wants to get back to his feet but Caesar is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Caesar tries for a kimura but Kayo is defending well.

Kayo explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there!
Kayo misses with a combination

so Caesar counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Kayo wants to stand up but Caesar is controlling him.
Caesar wants to pass the guard but Kayo is keeping the position.
Kayo wants to get back to his feet but Caesar is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Caesar is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Kayo wants to stand and escape but Caesar is having none of it.
Caesar trying to control the position from guard on top but Kayo is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Kayo has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Caesar off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

Kayo breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Kayo cracks Caesar with a right hand to the side of the head.
Kayo looks for the body kick but Caesar saw that one coming.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Kayo uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Caesar.
Caesar fails to land the takedown.
Kayo throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Caesar.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Bubba Kayo dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Markus Caesar's cut.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Kayo misses with a series of wild punches.
Caesar throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Kayo sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Kayo throws a series of punches but Caesar moves out of range.
Kayo tests Caesar's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Caesar misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Kayo smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Kayo tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Caesar tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Kayo swivels and escapes.
Kayo misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Caesar looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Bubba Kayo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Markus Caesar.
Kayo lands with a nice body punch.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Kayo moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Kayo wants to slow Caesar down by chopping away at his legs.

Caesar blocks a leg kick.
No joy there for Kayo, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Caesar shoots in for a takedown but Kayo shows good takedown defense.

Markus Caesar's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

Kayo rushes Caesar and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Kayo breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Kayo throws a series of punches but Caesar avoids them all with ease.
Kayo scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Markus Caesar's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
