Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Spanky Spangler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Opel Astra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Spangler's entrance music is WHITE LIGHTNING-by AB. A fine choice. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Spanky Spangler!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Opel Astra!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Roosa Järviläinen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Astra doesn't manage to clinch there - Spangler circles away.
Astra is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Spangler fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Astra throws a head kick that misses

and Spangler counters with a big 3 punch combo that drops Astra on his ass! Astra wobbles back to his feet half way through the count and though looking a bit dazed, the referee is going to allow the fight to continue!
Opel Astra seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Astra walks into a big right hand from Spangler and goes down! The referee sends Spangler to a neutral corner as Astra gets back to his feet. He looks OK so we're back under way.

Astra is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Spangler digs a good body shot into Astra's ribs.
Astra wants to clinch but Spangler slips to the side
and Spangler counters with a huge overhand right that connects right on the temple, sending him crumpling, face first to the floor! This one is all over! What a knockout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Spanky Spangler!
After the fight, Spanky Spangler was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
