The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pound scores with a hook to the body. Plisskin takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Pound uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Plisskin.
Plisskin stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Plisskin fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Pound steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Plisskin.
Plisskin throws a body punch but Pound moves out of range.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Pound! But no joy.
Pound swings for the body but Plisskin moves out of range.
