Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Rurik Ivanov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Phil Heart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ivanov scores with the left hand. Heart knows he should have avoided that one.
Ivanov takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Ivanov takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Heart uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Ivanov.

Heart throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Ivanov's waist but Ivanov gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Heart off to one side.
Heart shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Ivanov manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Ivanov pushes Heart off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.

Heart is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Ivanov is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Heart postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Heart can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Ivanov is looking to escape.
Heart with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Rurik Ivanov.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Ivanov, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
