Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Thomas Clawnes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jim Degrizz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Clawnes comes to the cage accompanied by My name is MUD. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Clawnes darts in and clinches Degrizz up against the cage.

Degrizz throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Degrizz tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Clawnes scores with a knee to the head.

It looks like Jim Degrizz has been cut.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Degrizz creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Clawnes pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
Degrizz told us before the fight that he's been working on his elbows. An under utilised technique these days - let's see if it can sway the outcome of the fight.
Clawnes tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Degrizz avoids it.
Degrizz throws a punch but it's blocked by Clawnes.
Degrizz tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Clawnes's elbow.
Clawnes throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Degrizz blocks it with crossed arms.

Clawnes throws a series of punches but Degrizz avoids them all with ease.

Degrizz misses with a punch to the body.

Degrizz fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Clawnes on the side of the head.
Clawnes tries to close the distance and clinch up but Degrizz swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Degrizz is trying to push Clawnes away but Clawnes has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Degrizz takes an elbow to the temple.

That has opened up Jim Degrizz's cut even more.
Clawnes pushes off an throws an elbow but Degrizz leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
Degrizz tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Clawnes using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Degrizz has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

The cut above Jim Degrizz's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

Jim Degrizz's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
