Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dave Doom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johan Machado (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Machado has chosen Enter Sandman as his entrance music. Johan Machado is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Machado shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Doom manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Doom pushes Machado off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.

Machado shoots in and drives through. Doom sprawls well.
A slapping leg kick lands for Doom.
Machado misses with a takedown attempt - Doom sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Machado fails with the takedown.
Dave Doom has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Johan Machado.
Machado fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Doom avoids it really well and circles away.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

It looks like Johan Machado has been cut.
Doom swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Machado shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Doom as he avoids it easily.
Doom comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Machado looks winded!
Doom lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Machado takes one on the button.
Machado takes one to the chin there.
Machado tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Doom defends well and Machado ends up having to push Doom into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Doom is looking to slow Machado down with leg kicks.
Doom leaves Machado with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Dave Doom is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Machado looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Machado takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Doom thuds a left hand into Machado's body.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Doom throws a nice inside leg kick.
Machado takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Doom.
Doom lands a right hook to the body.
Machado on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Doom. Doom obviously looking to wear him down.
It looks like Doom has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him.
Machado goes for a double leg but Doom avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Doom continues to drive forward.
Doom fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Machado has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Doom fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Doom throws a nice outside leg kick.
Nice jab there from Doom.

That has opened up Johan Machado's cut even more.
A chopping leg kick lands by Doom.
Machado looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Doom is fending him off so far but Machado persists. Nope, Doom circles away and we're back to standing.
Machado takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Doom fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Machado looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
A slapping leg kick lands for Doom.

Doom explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.

Doom drops Machado with a beautiful combination! Machado stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Doom is looking for the KO!

Machado is rocked!
Doom lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Machado is still on wobbly legs! Can Doom finish him?
Machado doesn't succeed with the takedown
letting Doom counter with a right hand.

The cut above Johan Machado's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Doom is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Doom works Machado's body with a nice hook.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Doom scoring well with a low kick there.
Doom moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Machado seems to have recovered his senses.
Machado walks into a straight right hand from Doom.
Machado shoots in but no luck this time.
Machado takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Machado stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Doom.
Doom connects with a body shot that sends Machado's belly button to the back.

A kick lands to the mid section there for Doom.
Doom is looking to wear down Machado with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
A slapping body kick lands there for Doom.
Doom moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Doom cracks the inside of Machado's front leg.
and Doom counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Machado! He's just covering up as Doom starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
