And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dennis Jones Jr!
The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Russell Pearce and Reed Andrews.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones Jr throws a sloppy head kick and Kelley moves out of range easily.
Kelley uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Jones Jr.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Kelley.
Jones Jr stuffs the takedown attempt from Kelley. Kelley gets slowly back to his feet.
Jones Jr is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Kelley.

Jones Jr misses with a wild body shot.
Kelley quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect.
Kelley tries to score a power double leg takedown but Jones Jr sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Kelley somewhat.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Viho Kelley. That's going to take a lot out of him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kelley forces Jones Jr back against the cage and clinches.

Jones Jr tightens his grip and picks Kelley up, before dumping him to the ground. Kelley manages to land in guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Kelley can't keep his opponent in guard - Jones Jr advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Kelley has hold of Jones Jr's hands but Jones Jr slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

Kelley is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Jones Jr pulls his head out easily.
Kelley tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Jones Jr manages to move to mount!
Jones Jr is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Kelley can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Kelley takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Jones Jr has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Kelley is in a horrible position here. Jones Jr smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
BOOM! Jones Jr connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Kelley is rocked!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Jones Jr lands a big shot to the head and Kelley winces in pain. He's tapped out due to strikes!
