Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hugh Jass (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hank Pedormi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jass is coming into this fight with a significant injury, which will no doubt have an effect on his cardio. Hugh Jass has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pedormi changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Jass looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Jass is breathing heavily.
Pedormi trying to control the action but Jass is working from the bottom.
Pedormi is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Jass is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Pedormi connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Jass some visible discomfort.
Hugh Jass's cut is getting worse.
Jass throwing some weak shots from the bottom that do no damage.
Pedormi works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
Pedormi trying to control the position but Jass is working away.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jass takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Jass gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!
