The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lambert circles away from the clinch attempt
and Lambert counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.

Do Morro closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Do Morro is looking to take a break and control but Lambert is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Lambert tries to get to full guard but Do Morro has control of the leg.
Lambert could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Do Morro seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Lambert is trying to get back to full guard.
Do Morro is taking a breather. Lambert says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Lambert makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Lambert.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Lambert is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Do Morro is aware though and is defending well.

Do Morro scores with a big shot! Lambert's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Lambert! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!
