Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Isaac Freeman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Blake Parks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parks defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Freeman.

Freeman is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Parks's half guard.

Parks pushes Freeman off and gets back to his feet.

Parks moves into the clinch successfully.

Freeman breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Parks shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Freeman is trying to defend but Parks finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Parks seems to be working for a kimura but Freeman defends the submission attempt.

Let's hope that Parks has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Parks looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

Parks is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Freeman really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Freeman looking for submissions off his back.
Well, if Parks is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Parks throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Freeman is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Parks lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.

Parks is working for a kimura but Freeman is defending it quite comfortably.
Freeman wants to get back to his feet.

Parks decides to stand up.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Parks has gone for a leg lock! Freeman slips out almost immediately though and dives into Parks's guard.

Parks is controlling Freeman's posture.
Parks tries to land a sweep but no joy.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Parks has his hands on Freeman's head, controlling the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Freeman won't allow Parks to sweep him here.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Blake Parks dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Freeman fails with a takedown attempt.
Freeman tries to clinch but Parks moves out of range.

Parks shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Freeman wants to sweep here but Parks controlling him for the moment.
Parks passes Freeman's left leg - he's now in half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Parks lands a couple of good shots and Freeman has given up his back, trying to escape the position!

Parks sinks in the hooks and is looking for the choke. He's got it! Freeman taps out!
