The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mangum scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Wyoming doesn't seem bothered though.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Mangum is defended easily by Wyoming.
Mangum shoots in but Wyoming avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Mangum tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Wyoming swivels and escapes.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Uzlester Mangum. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Wyoming wants to clinch.
Mangum dives in and grabs Wyoming's left leg, looking for a takedown. Wyoming pushes down on Mangum's head and hops out.
Wyoming's coach down at Cozad MMA St Petersburg was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Wyoming's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Wyoming closes the distance and clinches.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mangum is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Wyoming to keep the fight standing.

Wyoming drops Mangum with a big knee straight up the middle! Mangum is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!

It looks like Uzlester Mangum has been cut.

Daniel Wyoming decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
