The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miesnitzk wants to clinch up but Clarke keeps it at a distance.
Clarke changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Miesnitzk tries to avoid it but Clarke manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Miesnitzk to the ground. Miesnitzk escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Clarke misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Miesnitzk throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Clarke tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Miesnitzk is in Clarke's guard.

Clarke is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Miesnitzk frees his head nicely. Oh but Clarke has switched to an armbar! Miesnitzk is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
