Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Eliza Marie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cj jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marie drops jones with a left and a right! Oh, jones is hurt - Marie dives into side control looking to finish!
jones is rocked!
It looks like Cj jones has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
jones can't do much from the bottom here.
jones is still in real trouble! Can Marie finish him?
Marie wants to stand but jones is controlling his arm.
jones seems to have recovered his senses.
You can see the frustration on jones's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
jones tries to bench press Marie off him but Marie keeps the position.
Marie tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Marie throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Marie cracks jones with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Marie has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning jones to stand back up!
jones feints and as Marie raises his hands in defense, jones changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Marie knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for jones on the ground.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
jones passes Marie's left leg - he's now in half guard.

Still in half guard, jones seems content to control.
Marie wants to control but jones is keeping busy.

jones is looking to advance position but Marie won't allow it.

jones seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Marie does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
jones fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Marie, pushing him back against the cage.
Marie is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Marie wants to break free but jones has control.

jones has Marie pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Marie manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Eliza Marie has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Cj jones.

jones changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Marie fights it off and pushes away nicely.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
jones drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Marie lands a lovely overhand right.
Marie misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
A jab lands there for Marie.
Nice uppercut there from Marie.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Eliza Marie dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Cj jones's cut.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Marie misses with a straight right.
Horrible takedown by jones or perhaps it was just good defense by Marie which made him look bad.

jones shoots in and drives through. Marie sprawls well.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Marie thuds his right hand into jones's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Marie cracks jones with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! jones falls to his knees and Marie doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:24 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Eliza Marie!
